Web-mechanism for the presentation and dissemination of EU / Latin America-Caribbean bi-regional projects
Welcome to the Web-mechanism for the presentation and dissemination of EU/Latin America and Caribbean bi-regional projects. The site is open to government-appointed focal point for dissemination and exchange of bi-regional projects. It provides a forum for EU-LAC governments and EU institutions to have direct access to the latest project proposals of bi-regional scope, presented in a simple standard format. This should ease the search for partners and synergies on specific project proposals.
This site is managed by a rotating leadership. Every 6 months, a new partner country or institution has the responsibility to accept new members and distribute passwords.

1. Information page : historical context and subsequent decisions, engagements taken by the EU-LAC representatives regarding a simple mechanism for the presentation and dissemination of bi-regional projects.
2. Project sheet Library page : user guides and provides, country by country, a one stop shop of bi-regional project sheets provided by each member.
A search facility allows members to look for specific projects by certain criteria (ex : year, priority sector, country...)
An automatic e-mail system allows to send an e-mail to all participants when a new project sheet or an update is posted, if the owner chooses to do so.
3. Newsgroups page : provides a forum for discussing projects proposals, for which the owner has chosen to create Newsgroup.
