Sub-sector: National private non-financial corporations (S.11002)

2.30 . Definition:

The sub-sector national private non-financial corporations consists of all non-financial corporations and quasi-corporations that are not controlled by government or by non-resident institutional units. This sub-sector includes all the non-profit institutions which are included in the non-financial corporate sector (see paragraph 2.23. d).

This sub-sector includes corporate and quasi-corporate direct foreign investment enterprises (see paragraph 4.65.) not classified in the sub-sector foreign controlled non-financial corporations (S.11003).
