A database for discussions between researchers and stakeholders on the preparation of the Common Frame of Reference (CFR) announced in the Action Plan on European contract law and on the 2004 Follow-up Communication. The database allows stakeholders to comment and provide input on the work carried out by researchers in the framework of the preparation of the CFR. Drafts and commentaries may be posted in the database by the participants, and discussions on particular topics may be held in a forum.
