The Committee has been set up by the Commission in accordance with the requirements contained in Article 6 of the IAS Regulation (EC/1606/2002).
The Accounting Regulatory Committee (ARC) is composed of representatives from Member States and chaired by the Commission.
The function of the Committee is a regulatory one and consists in providing an opinion on Commission proposals to adopt (endorse) an international accounting standard as envisaged under Article 3 of the IAS Regulation.
The information provided in this Interest Group on CIRCA is only available to registered members of the Committee.
Comité consultatif, institué par la décision n° 87/305/CEE du 26 mai 1987, ayant pour tâche, d’assister la Commission dans l’appréciation des réalités économiques, techniques, juridiques et sociales des marchés publics, ainsi que de permettre aux milieux intéressés de mieux appréhender la problématique liée à l’application des règles communautaires dans ce domaine.
Advisory Committee, established by Council decision 71/306/EEC du 26 mai 1987, having as task to assist the Commission in the area of public procurement by discussing all matters relating to the implementation of the public procurement directives.
The Advisory Committee on Public Contracts' extranet (virtual community) on CIRCA contains information and documents related to the workings of this committee (meeting documents, member state consultations, administrative information, ...). To have access to the documents contained in CIRCA-CCMP Interest Group, you must first log in with a user-id recognised as a member of CIRCA-CCMP-Interest Group. Membership is restricted to the Committee's Members.
To become member of CIRCA-CCMP you must first "Sign up" and then send a request (with your user-id) to the Public Procurement Unit (markt-committees-pp@ec.europa.eu).

Expert group on the implementation of the Services Directive will be examining technical questions arising on specific issues of the Directive. The issues that will be dealt with cover for instance setting up of points of single contact, establishing electronic procedures, methodology for screening or the implementation of the administrative cooperation obligations established in the Directive.

The Payment Systems Market Expert Group (PSMEG) is composed of 50 experts in the area of payments, representing the supply and the demand side of the market. The group helps the Commission prepare legislative acts or policy initiatives on payment issues, including fraud prevention. It group provides insight on the practical implementation of the policies and serves as a forum for an exchange of views on best practices and issues of concern to the market.

Working Group aimed at promoting mutual understanding of new electronic procurement provisions and identifying potential technical barriers to e-procurement across Europe. Working Group priorities: • Translation of the forthcoming legal framework into appropriate operational requirements ensuring its correct and uniform implementation across the EU • Interoperability of electronic procurement systems, devices and tools • Provide advice on what new initiatives are necessary to complete the legislative framework.
