Dear user, we migrated on 3 October 2011 from CIRCA to CIRCABC https://circabc.europa.eu/w/browse/a943382e-4c71-4297-817e-f49c443d3165. Until 15 April 2012, you will be able to access CIRCA Archives for e-communications consultations (eCCTF).
From 16 April 2012 such access will be definitely turned off. We would like to help users, if necessary, to transfer their current use of our site as smoothly as possible.
