The implementation of the new regulatory Package involves the management of the new notification procedure provided for in Article 7 of the Directive for electronic communication services. Under the terms of this article, national regulation authorities are required to notify the Commission when they seek to define a new market and for each designation of an operator who occupies a dominant position.

How to get access

If you do not have a CIRCA account yet, first get a username and password using the self-registration mechanism of CIRCA. Then login, and apply for membership from the listing of available Interest Groups on CIRCA home page. Your application will then be automatically forwarded to the leaders.
