The EC working group on Assessment of Exposure to Noise delivered good practice guides on noise mapping in order to support the development of strategic noise maps required by Directive 2002/49/EC. This website includes questions raised by the readers of these guides and the replies provided by the working group as well as other information related to noise mapping.
