SODI (SDMX Open Data Interchange) is a program to implement data sharing in the European Statistical System using the SDMX standard. It is based on an idea of the FROCH group originally called "Common Dissemination Platform, and has been accepted by the SDMX consortium as an SDMX alignment project.
SODI concentrates in the first two years on the PEEI, and will then be extended to other suitable data flows. This project aims to achieve – before the end of 2006 - a limited public dissemination of data obtained from Member States via the “data sharing”
