The Eurostat Laboratory was created in early 2011 to initiate, lead and support the development of new statistical projects in cross-cutting statistical areas.
The mission of the Laboratory is to assist Eurostat and its partners in the European Statistical System (ESS) in timely answering newly emerging statistical needs. It aims at promoting innovation and facilitating integration between different domains of European Statistics.
