This interest group contains BOP basic documents (e.g. Vademecum, Compilation Guide, Technical Groups' reports) as well as a list of the latest publications. Constantly updated BOP Working Party papers are available for both consultation and downloading.
To have a full access to all the documents contained in CIRCA-Balance of Payments, you must first login with a user-id recognised as a member of CIRCA-BOP.
To become member of CIRCA-BOP, you must first "self register" and then send a request (with your user-id) to estat-circa-bop@cec.eu.int.
